I can see them justifying to themselves that drafting a true replacement for Steinbach takes priority over defense in round 1(especially with some good LB/S/CB/DT talent in round 2). I like Whitworth, I thought he was a steal when y'all took him, but moving to OG might be beyond him imo.

Seriously doubt the Bengals take a Offensive Linem...

Seriously doubt the Bengals take a Offensive Lineman in the first day if they take one at all. That was the only question mark about him and he's one of the better CB prospects--especially on pure cover skills--to come out in awhile. Minnesota has bigger needs(WR, TE, DE, MLB) but Winfield is 30 now(or will be by the start of the season). Griffin is still a project, and Harper is glorified NB imo. As to Jamal Anderson, he's much better prospect at DE than Adams is. Adams might have him beat in pass rush ability(but Anderson demolished Joe Thomas in their bowl game), but Adams is a major liability against the run and teams used misdirection against him all season long(qed, he's not smart imo). Anderson is the more complete End and can play DE in the 3-4 also.

AS MUCH AS I'D LUV 2 C A GREAT WR AT KC WORD IS BE...

AS MUCH AS I'D LUV 2 C A GREAT WR AT KC WORD IS BEST DT,CB OR OL.
