Fent's last mock...1 day to go.

Trades:
Atlanta gets the 2nd pick from Detroit for 1 (8), 2 (39), 2(44), and Warrick Dunn
Houston gets the 6th pick from Washington for 1(10), 3 (73), and DE Jason Babin
Chicago gets the 9th pick and Daunte Culpepper from Miami for 1 (31), 2(37), and Lance Briggs
New England gets the 10th pick from Washington for 1(24), 3 (91), a 2008 3rd, and Randall Gay
Detroit gets the 32nd pick from Indy for 2(44) and Tatum Bell

1. Raiders: Jamarcus Russell, QB, LSU
Rumors say this is 80% done and those are odds I don't bet against even if Al Davis is the one i'm gambling against.

2. Falcons: Calvin Johnson, WR, GA Tech
The Falcons aren't playing coy at all. They've made very clear they want the 2nd pick to take CJ and Blank told McKay to make it happen no matter the cost. That's an awful lot to give up for a WR when you have the best RB EA Sports has ever seen skipping passes to him. I guess the 6-5 part helps with the floaters, though.

3. Browns: Brady Quinn, QB, ND
Sounds odd to say this about the Browns, but Brady should be happy he didn't go number 1.

4. Bucs: Amobi Okoye, DT, Louisville
The kid's a Sapp clone, even down to the pre-draft pot issues.

5. Cardinals: Joe Thomas, LT, Wisconsin
Leinart breaks the land speed record running the card up to Goodell.

6. Texans: Adrian Peterson, RB, OU
Texas makes a point of coming out of this draft with an offensive playmaker and they get a (somewhat) hometown kid while they're at it.

7. Vikings: Gaines Adams, DE, HillWilliam Univ.
The answer: 2. BUZZ!!!! What is Keneche Udeze's career sack average?

8. Lions: Patrick Willis, LB, Ole Miss
So far so good for Detroit. They turned the 2 into Dunn and Willis and they have 3 picks in the first 12 picks of the 2nd round...for the moment.

9. Da Bears: Greg Olsen, TE, Miami
Maybe a little high, but the Bears need a dynamic TE and they got what they hope is a QB on the rebound.

10. Patriots: Laron Landry, S, LSU
Big time player with the versatility that Belichick loves.

11. 49ers: Alan Branch, DT, Michigan
Not really the prototypical 3-4 DT, but there's a massive hole in the middle of the niner's line and Branch is a massive peg.

12. Bills: Leon Hall, CB, Michigan
They're betting they can get a running back later on the first day, so they attempt to fill Clements' shoes.

13. Rams: Darrelle Revis, CB, Pittsburgh
They really wanted Branch, but Revis isn't a bad consolation prize.

14. Panthers: Reggie Nelson, S, Florida
They need to replace Williams and Minter and no one else here really fits their needs.

15. Steelers: Jamaal Anderson, DE, Arkansas
Little bit of a fall for Anderson, but I don't think he'll complain about going to a contender.

16. Packers: Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU
Lynch is a thought here, but he's a similar back to Morency and like Buffalo, they hope to get someone later. Bowe gives them a big receiver to complement Jennings and Driver.

17. Jaguars: Jarvis Moss, DE, Florida
Heyward's Achilles and McCray's holdout necessitate a DE here.

18. Bengals: Paul Poslusny, LB, PSU
Bengals need the best defensive player on the board at this point.

19. Tennessee: Robert Meachem, WR, Tennessee
They need a WR (and a RB, and OL, and DL, and CB, and...) and Meachem is a local favorite.

20. Giants: Levi Brown, OT, Penn State
The big man projects more as a guard, but the Giants don't appear to have any plan this offseason so they take him for the LT spot anyway.

21. Broncos: Adam Carriker, DE, Nebraska
Broncos finally decide that rehashed Browns aren't the way to go.

22. Cowboys: Micheal Griffin, S, Texas
They should take Staley, but then again they should have taken an offensive lineman each of the last 3 years.

23. Chiefs: Ben Grubbs, OG, Auburn
If LJ's going to run 600 times this year they need an offensive linemen to replace the two all-pros they've let go the last couple years.

24. Redskins: Justin Harrell, DT, Tennessee
Hooray defensive line!!!!

25. J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!: Marshawn Lynch, RB, Cal
Jones is on the wrong side of 30 and the other guys aren't long term answers.

26. Eagles: Joe Staley, OT, Central Michigan
It's either offensive line or Defensive Back for Reid and Staley's the highest rated left at those positions. Eagles fans will boo because they think they're resigned Duce.

27. Saints: Jon Beason, LB, Miami
They need CB help in the worst way, but Beason's more valuable at this point.

28. New England: David Harris, LB, Michigan
Rumor has it that he's a lock here, so we're going with the rumor on this one.

29. Ravens: Tony Ugoh, OT, Arkansas
Ravens love to run the ball and losing Pashos and Ogden in back to back seasons won't facilitate that very well.

30. Super Chargers: Sidney Rice, WR, South Carolina
I have it on good authority that Rivers and Gates would really like another aerial threat.

31. Dolphins: Justin Blalock, G, Texas
Ronnie Brown needs SOME kind of help here.

32. Lions: Chris Houston, CB, Arkansas
Houston's a little guy, but he plays much bigger and my mailman could start at CB for Detroit right now.

Discuss it here

but...

if you want accuracy in your mocks, you should just throw a dart at a prospect list every time Arizona and Miami come up to the board. those two really messed with people's boards.

Frankly, I think Arizona and Miami's front offices actually do throw a dart at the prospect list when they draft.
